Can I Bring My Own Drinks To The Show?There is a bar onsite, therefore no other drinks other than those purchased at the venue bar are permitted.

Is There A Dress Code?There is no strict dress code however tracksuits and joggers are not permitted. Dress as if you were going to the theatre.

How Long Is The Show?The show is 90 minutes long including a 20 minute intermission. However due to audience participation this may vary slightly. Doors open at 19:00 and close at 19:35. With the show starting at 20:00. Readmittance is not permitted. Please allow enough time to make the timings, late comers will not be accepted.

Who Is The Magician?'Between Us' stars Devan Parmar, an up and coming performer who has performed for over 11 years. Originally from South London, Devan uses psychological techniques and traditional magical techniques to create wonder, focusing on the connection between him and his audience.

Are Drinks Served At The Show?There is a bar onsite where you can purchase a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks before the show, during the interval or after the show.

Can I See The Show More Than Once?Short Answer: No Long Answer: Due to the show being designed as an experience and the number of people per show being so limited, we recommend seeing the show only once. We appreciate that you would want to see the show again but to keep the magic alive, we limit it to one viewing per person.

How Is The Show Immersive?From the moment you purchase a ticket, the show has begun. You are given clues to find the venue on the day. And after finding the venue, you have to make a choice that will affect your experience of the show. By doing this, you'll be taking part in the magic moments within the show. Every single person seeing the show will take part in the magic in some way, this may or may not include coming up on stage.

Are Seats Allocated?Yes, seats are allocated. You’ll have the option to choose your seats when purchasing tickets during the checkout process.

Can I Take Photos Or Videos?Filming and photography are strictly prohibited during the show. There will be an opportunity after the show to take photos.

Do I Have To Take Part In The Show?By purchasing a ticket, you and your guests are agreeing to take part within the show. Everyone takes part in the show in some way and based on the choices you make, you affect your own experience of the show. Don't worry, there is nothing to be anxious about. You'll love it! If on the night, you have any issues, our team will try their best to accommodate any needs you may have.

Is There An Age Minimum To The Show?Yes, the show is 18+. Due to the nature of the show and the themes/language, the show is not suitable to anyone under 18. You may be asked to present your ID at the door.

Is The Venue Wheelchair Accessible?Unfortunately at this time, the venue is not wheelchair accessible. Due to the show taking place within a Grade II listed building, there are no lift facilities available on the premises. If you struggle with stairs, please let us know in the 'additional notes' section when booking your tickets and we can provide someone to help you ascend and descend them and try to offer some additional support. We are always looking for ways to make the show more inclusive and accessible and hope in the future to make the venue wheelchair accessible.

What Facilities Does 'Between Us' Have?The venue has toilets onsite. There is also a cloakroom for your belongings. There is a bar onsite, where you are able to purchase drinks.

Is There Parking Onsite?There is no parking available onsite however due to the location, there are great public transport links.

Is There a Cloakroom Service?Yes, there is a cloakroom service available. After your tickets being scanned, you will be able to admit any items you wish to the cloakroom. All bags may be searched. These facilities are limited, so they are available on a first come, first serve basis. Between Us and Devan Parmar accept no responsibility for losses or damages to your property. Like most venues in London, we have bag searches in place for your safety – this means any bag you bring is subject to search by our staff or the venue staff.

I’m Hard of Hearing, Do You Have a Loop Fitted in All Your Rooms?Unfortunately at this time, we do not have a loop fitted on the premises. We are always looking for ways to make the show more inclusive and accessible and hope in the future to include induction loops.

We cannot guarantee nor hold any responsibility for your items being returned.

Where Is The Show?The venue to the show is kept secret until you book a ticket. Once you book a ticket you will be given a clue that will help you find the venue on the night. On the night, it is up to you to find the building. If you happen to struggle on the night, don't worry! You'll have access to a link that reveals the location but we recommend you take part and use the clues. To assist with your travel plans, the location is in Holborn, London. See the "How Do I Get There?" for the nearby train stations and tube stations.

How Do I Receive My Ticket?Tickets will be sent as a QR code via email after purchase. If you don't receive your tickets within an 1 hour of purchasing your tickets, please check your spam folder and if you still have not received them, please email us with your order number: hello@devanparmar.co.uk Please make sure to read the email properly as there will be clues there to help you find the venue of the performance.

What Is The 'Epilogue Show'?There will two options when purchasing tickets: 'General Admission' and after selecting your seat, there is the option for the 'Epilogue Show'. The 'Epilogue Show' is an additional experience to the main show. Around 20 minutes after the main show has concluded, you and 9 other people get an exclusive 30 minute magic show where Devan will show you more close up magic and you'll be able to participate in an open conversation about the show/evening. Imagine having your own magician for 30 minutes! You'll be able to ask any questions about the show (except: 'how did you do it?') and see a few more pieces of magic.

Are There Cancellations/Refunds/Transfers?There are strictly no refunds or cancellations. However, please email our team at: hello@devanparmar.co.uk if you can't make the purchased date and we will try our best to reassign the ticket to another night but this is purely based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Can I Buy Tickets At The Door On The Night?Unfortunately we cannot guarantee tickets on the night. However, based on a first come, first serve basis, tickets may be available to buy on the door if people do not show up to the show by their allotted time. If this is the case, you may purchase a ticket for £55 each.
